Oooh can’t wait for you to try, Jan! You know what? I made it again last night and realized I made a typo! I wrote 500g instead of 300 salsiccia!! Butter fingers. I’m sending an update today ❤️

I just made this for dinner tonight - thank you!! It was really good. My family loved it. I added strips of kale from my garden, which just melted in with the leeks and all. I’m adding this to the dinner rotation list!

I look out my window to see what others are wearing too!! Yesterday morning it was cold enough for a sweater and jacket, by dinner the jacket was gone, and o could have gone for a lighter sweater, but I was already out. The weather rollercoaster of September. The pasta recipe looks fabulous! I’ve added it to my TBM (to be made) list!

Oh how wonderful, Jo! I hope you like it as much as I do! The way the leeks and sundried tomatoes bring saucy sweetness to the olive oil is what got me.
