Part 1: Pasta-making hang out bc I miss you all! (and puppy-break)

Sorry for abandoning you all so abruptly! That was real LIVE stuff. ha! So - the pasta is currently resting for 30 min, my 85-year old mom is alive (!!), and has been instructed that if she ever again calls me 4 times in a 5-minute span, I will drop everything (even a Substack live) and fear for the worst! (The crisis, in short: she could not find the photos of the new puppy we sent her on WhatsApp. ❤️) Back shortly with Part 2 to shape this super fun, easy to make pasta for tonight’s romantic boyfriend dinner in Italy and hope to see you there! xx Lolly
