Oooh I have never tried GF brown rice pasta! Please let me know how it is, Flavio. I’m always trying to widen the variety of grains and pastas that I eat! Goshen is very near where I’m going near the Michigan border.

Yes but more like almonds and walnuts, I must admit I do love pistachios but don't use them much in my cooking. Will have to redress that pronto ;)
