I think I’d add a little cream and Kahlúa to that Shakerato! The red pesto really sounds amazing. I’m grateful for the cooking ideas, though your accounts of Northern Italy make me more than a bit jealous!🤗
This recipe looks SO delicious, and I am also kicking myself for not ordering a shakerato while I was in Italy!!! 😭 It’s my mom’s favorite on a hot day in Venice!

I don’t know, Lolly! It’s been steamy hot here, even at the beach where it’s usually cool. I’d welcome some rain—though perhaps not a deluge!😊
